Fresh from our Grand Opening in December, Ruth's Chris Steak house features U.S. Prime steaks broiled to perfection at 1800 degrees, expertly executed seafood, New Orleans-inspired appetizers, unforgettable desserts and an award winning wine list. This is a steakhouse to which others aspire.
If this is your first visit, prepare to taste the greatest steak you've ever eaten. As founder Ruth Fertel used to say, "If you've ever had a filet this good, welcome back." We take steak seriously, but we're also serious about making sure you have a good time. So you won't find the stodgy, uptight attitude you might find at other steak houses. Feel free to laugh out loud. Stay a while. Experience the sizzle. Above all, enjoy yourself.
It might seem like a risk to venture away from steaks at Ruth's Chris, but the risk will be rewarded. Try our Market Fresh Seafood selection, cooked to perfection. Or the popular Ahi Tuna Stack, seared rare, topped with Colossal lump crab meat and served sizzling with red pepper pesto. There's even something for vegetarians with our Grilled Portobello Mushrooms - marinated Portobello mushrooms on fluffy garlic mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and sizzling lemon butter. At Ruth's Chris, steak is king, but the royal family is large. All decisions should be this difficult.
The Wasatch Room, a private dining room, hosts up to 90 guests for intimate gatherings. Additional private functions can be accommodated indoors or outdoors for groups ranging from 10 to 500 guests. Please note the Special Events page for locations and dimensions.
Bandannas Bar & Grill
The menu features simple yet elegant American Continental cuisine, emphasizing various common dishes flared with uncommon combinations and presentations. Local favorites include the breakfast "Skillet with Sweet Potato Hash Browns," lunch entrees such as the Asiago Herb Crab Cake Sandwich, and our Caraway Sourdough ABaked Pork with Braised Red Cabbage.
