Our resort is the ideal location for meetings, conferences and Park City, Utah, weddings.

We have over 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a beautiful ballroom that holds up to 200 guests. The mountain views from our distinctive salons and outdoor terraces create a romantic backdrop for wedding ceremonies and receptions, and our award-winning Park City event planners can arrange gourmet catering from the hotel’s signature restaurant. For larger events, our beautifully landscaped lawns can accommodate up to 500 visitors.

Each of Hotel Park City’s meeting rooms is equipped with the latest technology and support staff to ensure that every business presentation is a success. When your meetings have finished, you can enjoy a game of golf on our 18-hole course, join your colleagues for a private dinner in our Wasatch Room, or discover one of Park City’s many attractions.

Q: Is there a special room rate for bridal parties?
A: Upgrades and room rates depend on availability.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: A portion of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Please contact the hotel for further details.
