Hotel Park City is located at 2001 Park Avenue, adjacent to the Park City Municipal Golf Course. All of the Hotel Park City suites will enjoy panoramic views of Park City Mountain Ski Resort and the Olympic skiing and snowboard venues. The Hotel is just minutes from the best of Park City's shopping areas, three world-class ski resorts, gourmet restaurants and plentiful recreational opportunities.
2. What is Hotel Park City?
Hotel Park City is an all suite, whole-ownership condominium resort hotel. This concept is a significant new development in the luxury vacation home market. Hotel Park City successfully integrates a full range of personal services and amenities found only in the finest luxury hotels, with the all the benefits of condominium ownership. The result is an experience comparable to owning a part of a luxury resort or boutique hotel.
3. How many condominiums have been built at Hotel Park City?
The Hotel consists of a dramatic main lodge and a collection of unique cottages nestled along the fairways of the Park City Municipal Golf Course. The main lodge includes 45 Executive Suites, and 9 larger one and two bedroom Presidential and Penthouse Suites. The Cottages consist of 32 Fairway Cottage Suites. They also include 12 Executive Suites, 14 two-bedroom cottages, all with private decks and hot tubs.
4. What style of architecture is utilized?
Inspiration for Hotel Park City comes from grand lodges such as the Awanhee in Yosemite and Yellowstone Lodges, a style that pays tribute to the classic national park mountain lodges that were built during the early part of the last century.
5. What features are included within the condominiums and cottages at the Hotel?
The luxury residences of Hotel Park City are appointed to nurture and pamper the desires of the most discriminating individuals. All of the residences at the Hotel are Suites with separate living and bedroom areas with fully equipped kitchenettes in the Executive Suites and full kitchens with top of the line appliances in the one and two bedroom suites.
