First night deposit due at time of booking on all reservations (and is fully refundable if canceled outside 72 hours prior to arrival date), Spring through Fall.
During Ski Season, a two-nights' deposit is required at time of booking, with one night fully refundable if canceled outside of 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations inside of 30 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 100% of stay during Ski Season.
